Transportation Engineering

The cornerstone of social and economic development is effective highway and roadway infrastructure. From traditional design-bid-build to more innovative delivery methods, such as design-build, we assemble technical design teams to develop the right solutions to today’s transportation network challenges.

We work closely with our clients to define intended use for each transportation project, as well as any network with which it connects in order to consider alternatives and provide effectiveness. Having worked for a variety of local and state agencies, we understand that projects are driven by need and confined by schedule and budget. We work closely with our clients to confirm that both factors are considered and provide engineering design solutions that meet today’s needs and consider tomorrow’s.

A quick glance at Transportation Project Manager Paul Baxter’s resume demonstrates his passion for Texas’ transportation infrastructure. His resume includes work on Houston’s US 59, Highway 290, IH 10, and SH 288; San Antonio’s Loop 1604; Waco’s IH 35 and US 190; and Tyler’s Toll 49.

“I have been fortunate to have experience on many of our state’s most populated freeways. At the rate that Texas cities are expanding, I think that the future will provide me much opportunity to expand my resume even farther,” says Paul Baxter.
